Research Notes

John’s parents may have been called Noah and Jane. There is a burial of a Noah Camper on 5 Nov 1749 in Hockley and of a Jane Camper on 1 Dec 1733 also in Hockley. Unfirtunately the Hockly parish registers have not survived before this time.
