Septina (known as Seppy) was born on 21 Nov, 1896 at 126 Hambledon Street in Blyth, Northumberland, Englanda1,b1, the daughter of Thomas Turner Peak (1859–1931)★, a rivetter boilermaker, and Elizabeth Hinksman (1862–1937)★. She was baptised as an infant on 10 Dec, 1896 at St. Mary's Church in Blyth, Northumberland, Englandc1. She is Ian's great great aunt.
Septina was recorded in the 1901 census at 126 Hambledon Street, Blythd1,d1 with her father Thomas Turner, now a boilermaker, mother Elizabeth and seven siblings Dinah★, John Richard, an apprentice boilermaker, Elizabeth Jane, an apprentice dressmaker, Mary Ann, an apprentice dressmaker, Margery Todd, Rebecca and Thomas Turner.
By the time of the 1911 census she was living at 39 Goschen Street in Blyth, Northumberland, Englande1 with her father Thomas Turner, mother Elizabeth and four siblings Dinah, Rebecca, Thomas Turner and Louis.
She married Samuel Lamberth (1896–1939) in the Oct-Dec quarter of 1916 in the registration district of Tynemouth in Northumberland, Englanda2 . They went on to have three children:–
