In the Name of God Amen I John Skrimshaw of Struby in the County of Lincoln yeoman being ill in Body but of pfect mind and memory Blessed to God for it do constitute make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following ~~ Imprs I do Give my Soul into the hands of Almighty God trusting through the merits of Jesus Christ my Blessed Saviour & Redeemer to Receive free and full pardon and Remission of all my Sins and my Body to be interred in Christian Burial at the discretion of my Executrix here after Nominated and Appointed and for my worldly Goods the Lord hath Blessed me with I bequeath the Same as Followeth ~ Imps I do give unto my Son William Skrimshaw the sum of five pounds to be paid unto him when he shall Accomplish the age of one and Twenty years Item I do give unto my Son John Skrimshaw the sum of Twenty pounds to be paid when he shall attain to the Age of one and Twenty years Item I do give to my Daughter Susannah Skrimshaw the Sum of Twenty pounds to be paid to her when she shall Attain to the Age of one and Twenty years Item I do give unto my Son Daniell Skrimshaw the Sum of Twenty pounds to be paid when he shall Attain the age of one and Twenty years It I do give unto my father Daniell Skrimshaw one shilling to be pd within one month after my decease It I do give to my Brother William Skrimshaw one shilling to be pd within one month after my decease It I do give the Rest of my goods and Chattels undisposed I do give unto Mary my dear and Loving Wife whom I do hereby Constitute make & ordain my whole & Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this one and Twenty Day of March Anno Domini 1717
