Phillip Blackborough was a witness to the wedding but I don't know how or if he is related to the marrying couple. His brother in law, Robert John Green, was married on the same day in the church so it's possible that Phillip was simply roped in as a witness to Alfred and Harriett's marriage. They married by licence so it might have been hastily arranged and they were short of guests.
