I believe that the name Sarah here is a mistake and should be Jane. This is based on (1) there being no other William and Sarah in the records at this time, (2) there being the burial of William son of William and Jane in 1742 and there are no other baptisms of a son called William and (3) this baptism is one year after the marriage of William and Jane Harris and they have no other children in the first four years of their marriage.
