Died 7 Feb 1931 at 124 Hambledon Street; Thomas Turner Peak; Male; age 72; Boilermaker (shipyard) (retired). Cause of death: (a) Bulbar paralysis (b) Cardiac dilation (c) Arterio schlerosis norm. Informant was Louis Peak (signed name); residing at 39 Beecher Street, Blyth; present at death. The death was registered 9 Feb 1931.
