Ann was born on 28 Aug, 1837 in the parish of Greens Norton in Northamptonshire, Englanda1, the daughter of John Garlick (1811–1840)★ and Ann Foster (1809–1865)★. Ann was recorded in the 1851 census in Greens Nortonc1 with her mother Ann, a lacemaker and two siblings Henry, an agricultural labourer and William, a lacemaker.
She married Joseph Rogers (1835–1902)★, a labourer, on 19 Jan, 1857 at St. Bartholomews Church, Greens Nortonb2 and went on to have six children with him:–

- Edward born in 1862 in Greens Norton.
- Clara Ann born in 1865 in Greens Norton.
- Kate born in 1870 in Greens Norton.

Married Nellie Gardner on 26 Dec, 1899 at St. Paul's Church in Leamington Priors, Warwickshire, Englandd1. Died on 25 Feb, 1951 at 115 Scarletwell Street in Northampton, Northamptonshire, England at the age of seventy-four.
In the 1861 census she was living in Greens Nortone1 with her husband Joseph, now an agricultural labourer, daughter Mary Amelia Rogers (1859–?) and brother William.
Ann was recorded in the 1871 census in Greens Nortonf1 with her husband Joseph and three children Edward Rogers (1862–?), a cordwainer, Clara Ann Rogers (1865–?) and Kate Rogers (1870–?).
By the time of the 1881 census she was living in Greens Nortong1 with her husband Joseph, now a domestic servant and three children Herbert Goode Rogers, Clara Ann Rogers, a lacemaker and John Francis Rogers (1875–?).
In the 1891 census she was living at Church Hill in Greens Norton, Northamptonshire, Englandh1 with her husband Joseph, now a general labourer and two children Herbert Goode, a shoemaker rivetter and John Francis Rogers, a carter.
Ann died at the age of fifty-eight on 21 Mar, 1896 in Greens Nortona2. Her death was attributed to "albuminuria" (kidney disease)a2.
She was buried four days later at St. Bartholomews Church, Greens Nortonb4 She was survived by her husband Joseph.
