I noticed that the Suffolk Family History society had published some more corrections for the indexes. The baptism corrections are dated March 2025 and contain a very large number of baptisms in Fressingfield. They seem to span the period from 1706 to 1753 which covers the gap I discovered last year. I had subsequently made a list of the missing entries that I wanted to gain sight of in the record office.

These are the ones in the period covered by the corrections:

• 6 Oct 1714 - baptism, Joseph Chambers,
• 31 Oct 1715 - baptism, Mary Chambers
• 11 Jun 1717 - baptism, Sarah Chambers
• 22 May 1720 - baptism, Rose Chambers
• 26 Dec 1738 - baptism, Joseph Chambers
• 1740? - baptism, Elizabeth Gooch (unconfirmed)
• 18 Aug 1742 - baptism, Sarah Chambers

I found all of the above except the Elizabeth Gooch entry! It feels good to have extra confirmation of these details. I still need to make a visit to the Record Office though!
