Today I used the “Find a Will” service on the gov.uk website to order a copy of Mary Jane Harvey’s (née Palmer) will. I haven’t tried this before but it works like the GRO where they will scan and upload the relevant document. This is a far cry from the old days of ordering at Somerset House and then having to collect it two weeks later. Plus it’s very reasonable at only £1.50
